Joe Harrish joined the military at 19, and the values he learned there have never left him: integrity, service before self, and excellence in all we do. From self-described humble beginnings, he’s spent his life building real relationships, first in the military, and for the past two decades, with the people and families he serves.

He spent 22 highly decorated years on active duty in the Air Force, including being named the Air Force’s Company Grade Officer of the Year for his entire career field. Toward the end of his military career, he felt a pull toward something new. He entered the financial services industry while still on active duty, and never looked back.

Joe started at Ozark National Life and N.I.S. Financial Services, helping clients with their investment and insurance needs. Seven years in, he was promoted to Vice President and Agency Director, traveling the country to run investment seminars and help people build financial plans while managing the business operations of both companies. After eight years overseeing more than 200 registered representatives and two businesses, he had the foundation he needed to become a financial advisor in his own right. He joined Prime Capital Financial and has been here since.

Joe credits a lot of who he is to his childhood. His mother, a German immigrant, taught him not to make excuses. “She instilled in me not to make excuses. Just because I had it rough doesn’t mean you have to. You have all the opportunities that America provides.” That lesson shaped how he shows up for his clients today: direct, honest, and unwilling to let circumstances be a reason not to plan for the future.

Joe is happily married to his wife, Angie, and they have three children, McKenzie, Arissa, and Kane. Outside the office, he’s at a sporting event, on the golf course, or at a car show.
